Pinax has no accounts, no cookies, and no trackers.
What touches our servers: standard access logs (your IP address, kept briefly by our host for security); a short-lived in-memory record of recent searches per address (rate limiting); and, if you search by eye, a numerical fingerprint of your image. The image itself is not kept, and the fingerprint is deleted within 30 days and is not linked to you. If you email us, we have your email.
We also count how the site is used: how many visits, which search tools get used, and what people search for. Search phrases are stored as counts with nothing attached to them. We do not store IP addresses, we do not set cookies, and no third-party analytics runs on this site.
That is the entire list. Questions: info@pinax.art.
